Josh Kadrmas, a project engineer from our Fargo office, has been selected to speak at the upcoming 2018 South Dakota Engineering Society (SDES) Annual Conference in Sioux Falls on April 4ththrough the 6th. Drawing in over 200 professional engineers from South Dakota, the annual SDES conference offers numerous presentations across various engineering disciplines.

Josh serves as a professional engineer and scientist with a unique and effective perspective in evaluating data to solve both water resource and environmental problems and also has experience in environmental compliance regulations for wetland mitigation; Spill Prevention, Control and Countermeasure plans (SPCC); industrial stormwater; Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance.
