The Cedar Pond Townhome development consists of 18 multi-tenant townhome units on an 11.5-acre site. Before construction began, Braun Intertec drilled 34 soil borings for a geotechnical evaluation to provide information on the soil and groundwater conditions in the area, and to provide recommendations to aid in the design and construction of the project. We also observed and documented geopier installation as well as provided special inspection and testing services during project construction.
