W&M Environmental (now owned by Braun Intertec) conducted and provided oversight of environmental compliance audits to determine regulatory applicability and potential compliance gaps with local, state, and federal environmental regulations at manufacturing facilities in Texas, New York, and Pennsylvania. The audits were conducted under the Texas Environmental, Health, and Safety Audit Privilege Act, the Pennsylvania Voluntary Environmental Audit Policy, and the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation Environmental Audit Incentive Policy. The scope of the audits included evaluating the facilities for compliance with the following local, state, and federal requirements:

- The Clean Water Act (CWA)
- Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) compliance including waste classification and management
- The Safe Drinking Water Act (SDWA)
- Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA)
- Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA)
- Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure (SPCC) Rule
- State applicable Used Oil Regulations
- State applicable Petroleum Storage Tank Regulations
- Local industrial wastewater discharge requirements
