Your facility or job site requires a confined space evaluation if there is a location with limited openings for entry and egress, the location is not intended for continuous employee occupancy, and/or is so enclosed that it does not allow for natural ventilation and cannot therefore reduce air contaminants to safe levels. Entry into confined spaces without proper precautions could result in injury, impairment, or death.
