Machine guarding is essential to workplace safety, providing employees with a secure barrier from potential hazards and helping employees safely operate industrial machinery. Machines with rotating parts such as reciprocating, traversing (sliding), cutting, bending, punching, or shearing present potential hazards to worker safety. Examples include ejection or rejection of a product, a pinch point, excessive heat or burning, all which can be harmful, or even fatal, to workers.

Braun Intertec verifies your machinery operates safely, as outlined in OSHA’s 29 Code of Federal Regulation (CFR) Part 1910 subpart O. We factor in multiple methods required to fully protect machine operators. Our team of Certified Safety Professionals and Graduate Safety Practitioners will assess your machinery and develop solutions for machine guarding that protect employees and the integrity and utility of your machines.
