Safe Behaviors: Empowering our Employees to Take Action

Here are a few ways we encourage safe behaviors:
  1. 停止W.ork Policy:This policy allows our employee-owners to initiate stop work procedures should they encounter an unsafe situation where the health, safety or environmental risk is not clearly established or understood. Once the concern has been identified, our onsite team members will work with the appropriate personnel to address the concern before continuing to work. Our goal is to foster a culture where recognizing unsafe conditions and taking corrective action is encouraged and praised.

  3. Rewarding safe behaviors:We believe in rewarding the safe behaviors of our employees to encourage and recognize safe work practices. We do this in several ways, whether it’s rewarding near miss reporting or recognizing our safety employee of the month and year. For us, these actions continue to foster and grow a safety culture.
