A Natural Resource Damage Assessment (NRDA) evaluates the impact of oil spills, hazardous waste sites, and ship groundings on natural resources in coastal and interior regions. Additionally, the NRDA process includes assessing and restoring public use of lost natural resources such as recreational fishing or swimming areas that have been closed.

We work with regulatory agencies to confirm this legal process is completed accurately and in full compliance with federal, state, and tribal regulations. We also identify the extent of injury to natural resources, the optimal methods for restoring them, and the type and amount of restoration required.
